I made my own with the sensors linked above, pretty easy I made a threaded housing and then just pot them in with JB weld, they work excellent. The post below shows some pics of how I made them.

Re: O2 sensor and drag racing

Certainly, this is very common. Use mlv to analyse your datalogs and make quick work of the fuel table.

Re: Finally started! But with MAP line disconnected....

Assuming you generated that table based on some motor parameter, leave the table alone for now and adjust the Req Fuel number until your motor is idling nicely with the map line connected and then start tuning the table from there.

Re: help nailing down injector dead time(scope pics)

There seems to be alot of noise in your scope pics so it's hard to tell. Here's a topic where I was doing the same thing, might be of some help?

Re: Non-regulated fuel supply question

I believe alot of motorcycles don't reference the regulator to the map due to the stability of the map signal on these motors and just make up for it in the fueling tables, take a look at the map signal with a scope it might scare you....

Re: Fuel Rail Barb

Just a guess, but looks like it could be silver soldered, I use the stuff quite a bit for making tool bits, it's quite strong.

Re: unusual use for megasquirt - science project

I would set it up as a 2 cylinder engine, simultaneous 1 squirt, that's what I run on my single cylinder motorcycle engine (fuel only, stock ingnition is wasted spark), this gives you the proper RPM readings as well as one squirt for every two revs (one cycle for a 4-stroke)
