I have a V2 Stim so I needed to do a mod so I can see the IGN pulses as per the modification to the stim in the V3 assembly instructions. The IGN LED does NOT fire on the stim. I am assuming this is a problem with my MS-II output circuitry?

Wait! I have made an error I re hooked up the stim, My left LED (closest to the Serial port) is blinking on what appreas to be each injection, My second LED is on and off depeding on what I do with my RPM and the right on doesnt turn on. What are the LED's represtenting? Sorry about the confusion.
