I used a TB from a Volvo 2.3L turbo, a 760 I think it was
It measures about 55mm but the TPS was a switch type. I took a better TPS from I think a Ford and modified the TB shaft to fit.
This is on a n/a 2276cc VW at the moment, turbo later.
Have a look around the scrappy. Theres loads of TBs but ...

30w is enormous!!!
I used 12w with a pointed tip. Always do for fine work. I wouldn't go over 15w, its just too difficult to get a good neat solder..
