Is it safe to assume you calibrated the LC-1 under tools, calibrate AFR table? The LC-1 default is in there. Beyond that I'm no help.

Welcome Peter, I'm swapping a 3.4/3500 Hybrid V6 into a Datsun Roadster but retaining the GM DIS so we are on similar paths. Hope you ordered the Stim with it. Very useful for learning as well as testing.

On my Toyota, when the AC is on, the idle is kicked up a couple hundred RPM. So...
I would hazard a guess that a FIDLE circuit would be appropriate. Should be the only reason the ECU knows the AC is on.
