The car idle and run smooth . The engine is stock chevy 350 tpi. The only thing i having a hard time is the idle when i put it in drive. The torque converter is stock to. The only modies are the tpi intake.

im not control the idle. i have the iac disconnected. Would that make a big different?

So the injectors are good. So what could could it be to make my rpm drop so much. It didnt do that when i had tbi or a car, it only start to do that when i went with multi-port.

The car start and runs good. The only trouble i get is when i put it in drive the rpm drops to arouund 650 from 800. And the car dies sometimes when hard braking on high rpms. idles good runs good. Could it be that im using 19lb injector for a 305. Do i need to go to 24lb that comes on 350.

They are high injectors.

My engine only idle good if i tell megasquirt that i have 40lbs injectors . but i really have 19lbs injectors. If i put that i have 19lbs injectors , megasquirts runs rich at idle but it has good throttle response. But when i tell it it has 40lbs the idle is better but it hesitates on throttle. I ...

narrow band. Does any one have a msq file for a stock tpi.

i updated the msq with the one that DIYAutoTune has on its website for a tbi. I just change it for 8 injector setup. Also a a did a datalog.

i have a stock chevy 350 with a 24lbs injectors. and I using tach signal from a big hei. Only running fuel. It doesn't want to idle right. Also it have a small hesation when i press on the gas. Could any one check to see if i have the settings right on megasquirt.

sorry. i was clear on my question. Does it matter what side on the injectors.

Does it matter what wire is positive or negative.

What is the best wiring for a tpi chevy system. I read to wire one side of the motor to one bank. and the other to the other side(1,3,5,7---2,4,6,8,)
Then i read that (1,4,6,7---2,3,5,8) have a better idle.

thanks. i want to use the msq file that DIYAutoTune has for the tbi system on there website.I was created using firmware 2.888. And i read to use the same firmware as the msq file, when the engines are almost the same.

Im looking for the v2.888 firmware. does anyone have a link to find them. does any one have link to find msq files for different types of engines.

i think i got it. i jumped js10 to inbtin with a 330 ohm resistor.
i use a old 4-pin hei module to control timing. My mg v3.57 came with dual BIP373 one installed in q16.. i removed one and use the other one to control the coil on top of the hei. what i did was got the (c) wire from the mode to tach ...

thank where do i have to put the js10 5v. Does anyone have pictures of modified 3.57 boards. There isnt that much info on the 3.57 boards. Its all v3 or v2.2

i getting close. i get spark. but only when i disconnect pin b from relay board.

i can get rpm but no spark. can any one tell me if the jumper wires are right
