Re: Hi and please help

This may help...

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=98+Ford+Focus+1.8+zetec+ecu+pinout&espv=2&biw=1024&bih=653&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi0pbip1fbJAhXDVRQKHb_fA0cQsAQIGw

might be worthwhile getting an ECU from a breakers yard and using it to make a pluggable interface..

Re: Ignition Advance gauge not matching timing light Fuel On

If you have a VR sensor picking up off the crank, try reversing the leads ( i had mine to the book for years ,but it still retarded before advancing ? )

Re: injector problems

Maybe your idle valve is letting in too much air, have you tried it with the idle valve wiring disconnected..?

Re: Batch fire injector and Ford TPS wiring questions

"Second question - I have a Ford TPS and I thought I had the wiring figured out. If I do not and I power up my MSII will it damage anything? There is some question as to which wire is return and which is signal. I thought the worst is it will read backward.

Re: any way to "record" a stock ecu to get maps?

Not from me,but it would be nice to be able to "save" the stock tune as an msq as a really good starting point...

Re: Why Low injector voltage ? , injectors not firing

I may be wrong on this but....

"I have 12 V to megasquirt while cranking because I used another new car battery to power megasquirt"

I think that at least the earths (battery-battery-chassis) must be connected or you'll have problems.
