Re: At idle goes into Accelenrich with no trigger

Its grounded back to the common ground for all my sensors. I'll try using less pulsewidth at zero. Just to better understand what effect will that have?? Ken. Im using only tps for my accelenrich trigger

At idle goes into Accelenrich with no trigger

I recently upgraded to a wideband O2 sensor. So I'm in the process of adjusting/retuning. I keep stalling out at idle so I datalogged. It kicks into Accel enrichment, but I don't see it reaching the threshold, which of course it shouldn't be at idle. I am only using the TP for the accel trigger. It ...

Re: PWM Current Limit has no effect

I still can't figure out my problem. I read that with a narrow band O2 sensor the AFR table is ignored and it only looks at the feedback from the O2 sensor. I squeezed my return line and the fuel pressure doubled and I checked the flow of my pump. It filled a quart in less then 20 seconds. I'm also ...

Re: PWM Current Limit has no effect

I agree and that would make sense. The autotune is adjusting the ve table that way. If I watch my data log my o2 sensor feedback isn't really indicating a lean condition under WOT. It varies right around .78-.82. I'm not sure what my target is, but I believe it should be slightly rich under that ...

Re: PWM Current Limit has no effect

From my data log it looks like the duty cycle is roughly high 60's to low 70's when my problem is occurring. The duty cycle spikes when I initially mash the peddle, but settles down relatively fast which makes sense because of accel enrichment. I made the assumption that because autotune was ...

Re: PWM Current Limit has no effect

I am curious about the duty cycle and pulse width from my data log. Is there a target or an upper limit for theses?

PWM Current Limit has no effect

Im using Tunerstudio MS v2.6.14. Im also using megasquirt-II _2920.ini, Monitor_v2.920.abs.s19 I have a ford v6 171 with throttle body injection. I rebuilt my throttle body and got new injectors which are slightly larger than the old ones. If I do the initial tune of the Injector Characteristics I ...

Re: Hot Start Issues

To tune the cranking pulse using the curve I'm expecting to see something that looks like the warm up enrichment table. I still cant find anything like that for the crankIng pulse settings. :?:

Re: Hot Start Issues

It's still located on the warm up enrichment table page, but it is still 2 point ( I believe 1 at -40 and 1 at 160ish) not multi-point

Re: Hot Start Issues

You mentioned that you like using cranking pulse tables instead of 2 point. I can't find the option to use tables. The laptop I have doesnt connect to the internet so I can't use the tunerstudio help to look it up. Thanks

Re: Hot Start Issues

The cranking pulse has definetly given me the most trouble. Here are the data logs. One is a cold start and the other a hot start. It actually started hot this time after cranking for a while which is unusual, but I just let it idle in my driveway to heat it up.

Re: Conformal Coating

I have the same question about the conformal coating. The assembly guide says to use Krylon Krystal, but it doesn't get real specific about how to apply. I have a MS-II V3 board. Do you leave the daughter board on the main board. or remove it and mask off the pins and socket so you can spray the ...

When I first open my log file it say The Y axis fields "Load" not found in current data log. Set the correct Y axis field from "Options" Menu for table highlighting and VE analysis to work correctly
