Take a look at K&L Motorcycle Supply, I order Japanese's motorcycle connector from them. Most motorcycle shops should have a K&L catalog.

Look for an external fuel pump from a 1999-2000 Suzuki Hayabusa 1300, it has an intigrated fuel filter and pressure regulator.

Most of the modern Japanese 600-1000cc 4 cylinder motorcycle throttle body racks uses the small high impedance Denso injectors in the 250cc/min range. You should be able to find a rack with the injectors on e-bay for cheap.

Low resistance injectors are OK? I thought I read somewhere that they strain the board.

As long as you have the correct hardware setup, i.e. fly back dampening setup installed on the MegaSquirt board.

The older v2.2 MegaSquirt board had problems with 8 low imp. injectors, but there is a fly ...

With the MegaSquirt II, it is easy to setup sensors with different temp/resistance curves. You might search the forum to see if some one has the resistance valve used for the Toyota sensors, other wise you can pull them and measure the ...
