what gauge wiring for wiring harness?

:shock: I know it's been asked before, but I didn't find it with a search. I am working on soudering a harness and they are little cups! also how do I ground the shielded signal wire?
anybody got pics?

couldn't editt my reply from my cell phone. I have pcb v3 msnsextra. can the shielded be grounded to the body or am I not understanding it's purpose ?
