Finally started! But with MAP line disconnected....

Post by gofastant »

:yeah!:

So after countless weekends of cranking away at this MS2 install I finally got it fired up and idling. But then noticed that the MAP line was disconnected. So now the tuning begins. This is my VE table and I was wondering if I just bring the 100 kPa values down to the 40 kPa values? Of course everything above 40 kPa would have to be scaled appropriately. I know i gotta do some work myself but just wondering if that's the logical thing to do.

I've attached the .msq and datalogs of when it idled and then when i tried to start with the MAP line plugged in.

Thanks!

Assuming you generated that table based on some motor parameter, leave the table alone for now and adjust the Req Fuel number until your motor is idling nicely with the map line connected and then start tuning the table from there.
