Aright, so in park, im idling at 1800 rpms, and in gear at 1000. The ide screw on the throttle body is all the way out.
Any suggestions?

Vacuum leak? Throttle body sized too large for the application?
You're simply getting too much air somewhere, somehow. The only way you'll get the idle speed down is to introduce less air.

This is with it fully warmed up, right? Try closing the IAC a bit further. If it's all the way closed, check for vacuum leaks.

If you don't have any leaks or other physical problems, you can try using "idle advance". I got my Bug to idle at 900 RPM by using it. You set the RPM and vacuum thresholds, and you get a fixed spark angle at idle. You can try playing with that, setting the idle advance low to reduce idle RPM. I've set it all the way down to "0" at one point.

Alright, I found no vac leaks or anything like that. Also, I cant find Idle advance in megatune, Im using 2.888a btw. Its weird though, because it was all running fine, then just the other day I woke up to go start it, and thats when it started doing this.

All of a sudden = obvious vacuum leak.
Check all fittings, tubes, etc. Many times tubes will split right at the clamp because of the vibration. Maybe there is a split or leak in the line going to the MS MAP sensor. Could be a tear in the brake booster diaphragm.

Part of the initial report was: "The ide screw on the throttle body is all the way out."
If "ide" is "idle," as in idle air bypass, then wouldn't "all the way out" equal high idle? Could screwing the idle screw in be the simple solution?

Here is my MSQ if anyone is able to tell if something in it, is whats causing the issue.
