Some IACs tend to get stuck unless you command them to move a large number of steps at a time. Try increasing the minimum IAC steps setting to somewhere around 5 to 8.

You're welcome. We learned this when we had an old junkyard TBI on our Nova - that valve would stick if you tried to move it only one step.
