Spout Out = Spark, Spout In = No Spark
Application:
Ford 347, TFI, MS2, Adapter Board, LC-1 Wideband
Problems:
Car won't start with spout in
Car starts with spout out but very rough and rich
No Spark with spout in
Wideband won't read in Megatune (brown wire from LC-1 connected to pin #29 on adapter board, Single Wideband Sensor in EGO Settings, LC-1in AFR Settings)
Information:
Followed all of the ignition steps in the Megasquirt your Mustang on DIY
Was able to get the trigger wizard going with the spout out
I have read at least 3 posts where somebody has the exact same symptoms with no conclusions which further drives me crazy. there was one guy that forgot to jumper JS10 to IGBTIN and had the same issues but I have those jumpered. My other MS board jumpers are S12C to JS9, JS0 to IAC1A, IGN to IGBTOUT, TACHSELECT to OPTOIN, R39 jumpered, D1 Jumpered, D2 Resistor
I don't have a diode across accross the PWM valve. I also do not have a resistor from IGN/IGBTOUT to S12. I don't know if these are necessary or not for my application.
If you need anymore information I can get it to you asap. Thanks in advance for any help that you can give.
Also when I calibrate the Thermistal Table and AFR Table, when I return to the window the settings that I input are not there. They are set back to their default values.

Re: Spout Out = Spark, Spout In = No Spark
I toned the fuel down a bit and had it in the 13.5 range. I enabled the autotune feature under tuning/vetable1/tools and a lot of the fuel came back. I'm going to knock the fuel down again tomorrow but even with the fuel down and the spout in i'm not getting any spark.
Thanks for all of the help thus far!!!

Re: Spout Out = Spark, Spout In = No Spark
A quick thought and correct me if I'm wrong. If I set the timing to 10 degrees with the spout out then that would mean that my initial timing is set and should fire with the spout in right???? Would this be the sign that the timing is set to stock and should fire??? I tried 10 through 18 degrees as well and no go.
