signal loses rpm 6750rpm

Post by valenciano »

look at these files, at 6750 rpm + - signal is lost rpm for few seconds and then back again, is not limiting ms because this is set to 8000 rpm.

ford use silk, I think the problem is the silk, the point is always in the same place and it would be strange to be the sensor or the wheel in this case the failure does not always appear at the same point I think.

Can it be that the silk has a limiter and rpm?, Even in this case as long as this without rpm not why.

at last someone something

Matt,I mounted the relay board, the cable ford module 1 is connected to the tach and 3This connected to s5.

the weekend il try to fix it, I think the problem may be the ignition module, can ener some limitations?.

assumption that the module has a limiter, this acts in a strange way to lose rpm, it seems strange, someone had a module with rpm limiter?

to try some things more, lag factor, tach signal masking,next-pulse tolerance, I will try with other numbers but I do not think the problem is,copy the MSQ for if they see anything unusual.

thanks.

That's a standard EDIS-4 module; you may want to try a different module as this one may simply have an unusually low rev limit.
