Where to send for repairs?
I have a MS1 with v2.2 board and the DIY relay board. I have 12v from the battery, 12v from switch source, and solid ground. I'm only getting 1.3 volts out to the fuel pump, and 3.3v to the injectors. When I've unplugged the relay board and plugged in the stim, the stim says everything is fine. I also can't get it to communicate with the laptop. The USB adaptor I have works fine with my LM1 that I have on my drag bike and I have already checked and have the latest USB drivers, so I know the adaptor and com ports on the laptop are working. I seem to have similar issues as to this thread viewtopic.php?f=92&t=43390, but mine has never been wet as it has never made it out of the garage.
So I think I'm to the point of sending it to someone that is experienced with MS and can help out.

Although I am not am MS1 kinda guy, I am guessing that it is the same as my MS2 in that, they both supply ground (not 12 volts) to the fuel pump and injectors! Are the fp relay and injectors supplied with switched 12 volts? How are the fp and injectors wired?Rockin C Racing wrote:I'm only getting 1.3 volts out to the fuel pump, and 3.3v to the injectors.
Of course I could be wrong on the MS1, but I don't think so..... Let's see what the experts have to say....
To answer your question...... I would return it to the company you originally bought it from. In the absence of that, there are several, here on the forum, who offer repair services.

Re: Where to send for repairs?
Yes the injectors are controlled by grounding. On the relay board there is a 12v supply for the injectors (red line on attached picture). This is where I'm testing and only getting 3.3 volts from the relay board to the injectors. I can't return it to the original company as I purchased this from a friend that abandoned his project he originally bought it for. I believe it was originally purchased from DIYAutoTune.com. In the attached picture, my fuel pump is wired up like this (ground to engine block & power from the relay board). I'm testing and getting 1.3 volts on the green line in the picture.
