Another Tps reading 0 issue

I have a similar problem. MS2 hooked up the car and powered up. I get 198 for the open and close. I have 5 volts going to the TPS. I have 3.9 volts for closed and .9 volts for wide open. Also it didn't respond to the simulator.

If those voltages are measured with respect to ground, it's wired up wrongly. Should be low with the throttle closed and high with it open. Swap the ground and 5v connections.

With the MS on the bench and powered up with the Stim, carefully probe Pin26 of the daughter board to ground and see if the voltage there varies with the Stim TPS.

When pin26 is probed and the other meter lead is on ground. I get a varying voltage when the TPS is turned. What is next?
