Another Tps reading 0 issue

If those voltages are measured with respect to ground, it's wired up wrongly. Should be low with the throttle closed and high with it open. With the MS on the bench and powered up with the Stim, carefully probe Pin26 of the daughter board to ground and see if the voltage there varies with the Stim TPS.
