NON rail-mount OEM return-style pressure regulator?

I'm trying to find an OEM regulator that is NOT rail mount and is return-style (i.e., one fuel line in, one fuel line out, plus the vacuum port) without much luck.
Everything is either rail-mount or has no provision for a return line.
I can always buy an aftermarket one, of course, but I was hoping I might save a few bucks buying an OEM part.

Some early nissan stuff (EG. australian 2.x litre 4 cyl pintara) have fuel rails made of fairly thin steel tubing, all you need do is find an example of this fuel rail and cut the reg off the assembly... might keep you happy..

I've used the Bosch #0 280 160 001 and added a pressure port like shown here
http://www.dune-buggy.com/turbo/fuelsystem.htm as well as aftermarket ones. The adjustability is nice and the Bosch one is available from MSD (#2222) already modified for about $60. They are about $35 new in stock form.
FWIW,

PSIG, thanks! It even has 5/16 hose fittings, perfect!

I used a regulator from a Nissan 280ZX. It also has 5/16" ports. Mine has been modified to use compression fittings since I am trying to use as little rubber hose as possible.

BMW K-75, K-100 and K-1100 motorcycles are another source. It's probably a Bosch part. The injectors on those bikes are Bosch as well, so it should be compatible.

Maybe a little late for you, but i am using a small adapter from a company called Bahn Brenner from somewhere in Oregon. I believe it's
www.bahnbrenner.com
It allows you to use a stock VW bosch regulator from the late 80s and early 90s. It adapts the stock push-on fuel rail connection to a 1/4" NPT female connection, while using the stock barbed connection for the outlet. The FPRs came on Digifant injection cars, and can be easily found in 3 and 4 bar setups, and modified for others.
It's about $30 including some fittings and is a nice little billet piece. I believe it's meant for a 16v supercharged setup, in case you need to search on the website.
I have a built a small bracket to mount it - it uses the stock two bolt setup for securing the FPR, which makes securing it nice and easy.
My first MS post.. hope it helped!
