Toyota OEM Knock sensor ?

Im hoping to use the OEM knock sensor to help keep in check my agressive tuning, (ecu is tested but not yet installed though)
The engine is a Toyota 5mge (1986 ADM Cressida Glxi) transplanted into an Ma61 (ADM 5me) using MS2 on the v3 board.

The instructions on the knock sensor seem to mention a seperate module to feed the input into ms but the stock sensor goes straight to the ecu.
Iam a bit of an electronics noob so Im not sure how to handle this.

Any tips on this engine especially the knock sensor would be much appreciated.

Cheer, Tim :)

im also using MS2 v3 in my 4age toyota engine.

can i directly connect the OEM knock sensor to MS2 (PIN JS4)?

can it damage my CPU,? i think that the oem knock sensor produces low voltage.
