Hi, does any one know what the flow rate of the standard 2.0 Zetec black top injectors.
Also the bias resistor values for the standard sensors water temp, air temp etc?
Or how to measure them, the resistance values keep changing with temp changes, or am I being stupid?
Thanks for any help, Cheers, Dave.

The injector flow rate is roughly 190cc from what i found out, I never actually tested them but did do alot of reading and looking about and that seems to be the commonly known values
As for the sensors the idea behind them is that they change resistance as temp changes so to let the engine know off these changes.
Are you changing bias resistors or editing the values in megatune? editing the values is best imo and can be done quite easily.
The way to measure them is to put them in a temp controlled environment (preferably with another thermometer there as well) like a fridge or oven at certain temp and then measure the resistance. Say once at 4C in the fridge, once at -20C in the frezzer, then in the oven at 100C record the resistances at these values and use them in megatune to calibrate.
I hunted round them web for some when I first did mine for a zetec, the values I got worked but they aren't quite right as the air temp is reading about 4C lower than the actual temp so I'm gonna redo them, always pays to measure your own to make sure there spot on
