So I am going to use my megasquirt for fuel tuning only right now. How much of the wiring harness has to be hooked up for just fuel? If I hook up everything then can I still monitor certain things with out modifying parameters on those features such as the iac valve? I want the stock computer to control that for now.
Thanks
Jason

You'll need both temperature sensors, a TPS signal, RPM signal, and preferably an O2 signal. Ground, of course. And you have to hook up the injector wires.

matt,
could i hook up everything and let the stock ecu run timing and everything but fuel and monitor everything i am not controlling? by piggybacking the sensors? also do you find that most people will tap at the stock ecu when they still have one or at the sensors? i was thinking at the ecu because it would all go to one place.
thanks
jason

Sharing temperature sensors with the stock ECU is a bit of a pain. Sometimes it can be done and sometimes it can't. See this article for more details:
