WarmUp Enrichment always on

I just noticed today that on my drive to work the LED on my ECU and the display in TunerStudio show WUE is on, even tho my temp was well above 71C. I can only think this somehow has something to do with beginning to use TunerStudio, but I don't know why that would effect it. This morning I changed a few of the WUE percentages, but none of the temperature bins. Ideas? Where/what should I check?

What is the % set to in the top warm up bin? If it is not 100%, the engine may stay stuck in warm up mode.

Must have adjusted it without realizing. My final value was at 109%, dropped it back to 100, we'll see if that did it when I head home from work this evening.
