Looking for Hall effect sensors

Post by bubba2533 »

I am looking for a hall effect sensor to use for my project. It is all custom so I have no sensors to start with. I don't know what cars have hall effect sensors so if yours does let me know.

I would like to know as many as possible so I can pick the best one for my situation.

Thanks,
Branden

I made my own with the sensors linked above, pretty easy I made a threaded housing and then just pot them in with JB weld, they work excellent. The post below shows some pics of how I made them.

Thanks, that thread was full of great info. But I really have no idea which hall sensor would be best for my application.

I think you could really help a lot with my project, if possible take a look at my thread. viewtopic.php?f=92&t=36502
