I wanted to load MS1 standard (B&G Base Code) I guess that would be the code I need to use for my honda civic. Any help loading the code would be a big help.

i will read this and see what I come up with. because I have tried everything to get this MS1 to connect and this is the last option before i get fustrighted lol....

i installed easy therm and i finally have some comm. with the mega squirt in megtune. But after I have comm success it shuts down megsquirt and says that my controller has a different version than my file how do i fix this?

It depends on what the different version is. Please post a screen shot of the message or the exact wording it gives you.
