Dualspark Ignition on 2cylinder Twinspark

I am building an aircooled, supercharged, 2cylinder engine with Twinspark (2plugs in each head).
i want to run sequential ignition with my MS.
Is http://www.microsquirt.info/dualspark.htm going to be my best option? Using my current MS II unit?

Thinking of running the setup like a 4cylinder wasted spark setup with dual coils and Dual Crank Sensors, as the standard coil is a dual (2 output) coil.

any info would be geat.

Cheers

I think microsquirt would be your best option for this engine. You can run it with twin crank sensors, but I would use a toothed wheel if I could, much better timing accuracy. To get sequential, 1 cam synch and 1 crank synch are normally used, and you can set it up as 2 cylinder sequential. The only possible problem I see is the 2 plugs in each head. If they both fire at the same time and have a stock driver, then as far as the ECU is concerned it is 1 plug. If not then I will leave it to someone else to answer.
