I've seen the ebay offerings and was as curious as you are. Bruce? Al? Any idea?

Guys,
It's possible they are buying their boards from DIYAutoTune or somewhere else, in which case we wouldn't have a direct record of them. If someone asked them on eBay which vendor they used to obtain their boards, we could verify it pretty quickly.

Guys,
So far we have not been able to find a supplier who is re-selling these boards to them. That doesn't necessarily mean they are bogus, but it does mean that buyers should be careful to ask a lot of questions before buying.
In particular, ask them which dealer they buy their raw boards from, then verify with the dealer (either privately or on these forum). A legitimate vendor won't have a problem with this, in fact, it is a selling point to them.
If you end up with a bogus board, be aware that we cannot provide support for you on these forums, as we don't know how the boards are manufactured, or what potential weaknesses they may have. The assembly documentation we have may not apply to your bogus board, and the troubleshooting guides won't either.
So if you are unable to confirm the source of these boards, you might want to purchase you board from one of the authorized vendors instead (
http://www.megamanual.com/v22manual/mintro.htm#group). These vendors are known to provide genuine B&G boards and provide good to excellent customer service.
Lance.

Just a note to everyone:
If the main board is red, it is NOT a B&G board. B&G main boards are green (V2.2) or blue (V3). Apparently some of the boards from Turkey have a red solder mask:

We cannot support these boards in any way on these forums, and the assembly documentation and troubleshooting guiders may not apply to them in any consistent way. Users should return these to the seller in exchange for e B&G board, or ask for their money back.

Everyone,
We can vouch for megaecu (
http://www.megaecu.com), they are authorized dealers selling genuine Bowling and Grippo items in Turkey. They will be added to our vendors listings (
http://www.megamanual.com/MSFAQ.htm#order) very shortly.
