Can't slow down accel enrich

Post by Arrowhead »

I can't seem to get the acell enrichment to slow down enough, it's popping and bucking past 50% acell. During moderate acell it's fine up to 50% TPS. If I stab it quick past 50%, it pops and bucks again. i've tried to reduce the enrichment and also increasesd the range bins for both map and TPS (running about 60% map / 40% tps balance between the two). this is on an 8 cyl mutiport boosted application. I've run this same setup before and had no problems until I upgraded the firmware and Megature to newer versions (the megature is 2.25 I believe)

On thing i've noticed is it doesn't take much to send the red bar all the way to the top of the TPS sliding graph. I can't seem to figure out how to make it less sensitive.

Ah,

Popping and bucking are typically symptoms of not enough accel enrichment, not too much. Too much accel enrichment would make the engine sluggish - and make a lot of black smoke out the exhaust!
