MS2.2 code variant - Which to choose?

Newish to posting on these forums, so first, HI! Thank you for reading and any assistance you can give!
Here is my set up. 1942cc Twincam 2TGTE (Factory style EFI manifold with a T3/4 turbo hanging off the side)
42x cc Supra injectors (High ohm)
EDIS
MS v 2.2 pcb currently running OLD code.
Relay board and DIYAutoTune.com harness
When I powered up the car my fuel pump flashes indicating a code error-and not too good for the fuel system pressure either... On my previous MS project I saw the flashing in Megatune, but ignored it because the pump was simply ignition controlled (TBI then converted to batch fired on 22RE factory dizzy timing)
On this new boosted and timing controlled project, I don't want to mess with this setup other that to tune the maps and such. So I wired up everything per instructions with EDIS integrations. With this in mind, what is the current trusted favorite code variant used on the older boards using timing control? Is there an HD variant that will work?
Any help in pointing me in the right direction will be MUCH appreciated!
Shawn
