I used a GM IAT on my 2002, but I used the following for the original
Bosch CLT:

Temp, degC Resistance, ohms
0 1700
23 640
100 43

I used ice water, boiling water and room temperature for my three
points, and a cheap ohmmeter. I don't know whether the Bosch IAT and
CLT have the same temp/resistance curves as one another, as the GM
sensors do (the GM units are, I believe, the same thermistor in
open-cage [IAT] and encased [CLT] packages).

i`m using Bosch 0 280 130 026 (pretty common sensor on many german cars) sensor for my air and coolant temps.

for ET i used these values:

Celsius ohms

-15C 12002
30C 1707
100C 186

its official bosch data for that sensor and it works like a dream 8)
