I switched everything back to the VR, and haven't touched it since. I have set it aside while I work on my engine, I find making an intake from scratch is easier for me to do than assemble a MS. :D I should be getting it running in early spring if everything goes right. I will let you know ...

Ahh great, and I just switched everything over to hall effect today. lol Well it looks like i have to change it back tomorrow. Man I will be a pro at this soon.

I thought everything for MSD was made in Texas???

How do you tell if it is a VR or hall sensor? I was under the impression it was a VR.

Thanks for the reply. So, just to make sure, you installed everything like the manual says, and jumpered VRIN to TACHSELECT, and TSEL to VROUTINV as suggested in step 52.
