I have all the tooling to make fuel rails. if your only doing one set it doesn't make sense to invest in the all the tooling required. let me know if i can help you out. i also leak test my fuel rails prior to shipment so i know they are leak free when you go to install them. jerry at superiordesign...

I make custom fuel rails, let me know if i can help set you up. also if you have an old one for me to work from thats ideal.

you really nee da reamer. you need to predrill the hole to .313 with a drill and then finish drill to .500, then ream to .535-.540. oh yeah then chamfer the end. this will give you a nice sealing surface.

whenever i use AN type o-ring fittings i use port spec SAE J1926-1. the o-ring boss for the injector fittings should be machined to .540+.003-.000.
