Skyy In my experience it is not recommended to splice coax, I would replace it with a longer wire. The FORD EDIS is a 2 wire pickup and even though it it has a wiring diagram you can still end up switching the 2 wires to get the correct polarity. Mega tune does not have a indicator but a Stimulator such as this does (PMP led) and it allows you to test your Megasquirt for problems and minor testing of your setup . DIY Auto Tune has it, I highly recommend these for any build this falls right next to having a timing light a volt meter http://ww...

When you test MS on the stim does the fuel pump turn off in 2 seconds

Thanks but I'm talking about the spacing from the harmonic balance not the pickup to prevent false triggering

If I remember right GM went to metric fittings and you can use this adapter or other brand I think there is 1,14mm and 1,16 mm fitting.

You will still have to set you base idle speed with the throtle bades at oper. temp, the IAC will control your fast/ warmup idle speed. As you reach oper. temp the IAC will close.
