Nearly ready to fire up for the first time...

I think this is a reasonably simple question, i'm just struggling to work it out for myself and can't seem to find it explicitly in the Megamanual. Assuming I am firing 2 pairs of injectors sequentially, which cylinders do I pair up? I'm guessing injector bank 1 will be on cylinder 1, but which othe...
