i put the same kind of fitting in my fuel rail from a bmw 318i. i just drilled the hole slightly larger than the fitting, and brazed it in. it is easier to get a sealed joint with brazing or soldering, especially if you weld like i do.

I would ditch the map sensor. Maybe you could use the map sensor location for your IAT sensor. I did this with the cold start injector on my BMW. I had actually thought about that, but i am using a mitsu turbo that has a BOV built into the housing. I did read the thread about the TB before the turbo, and it is some good stuff. maybe someday...

Throttle body placement

I have a M10 BMW, 1982. the manifold i am using turns the throttle body back toward the motor. the thing is, I put my injectors right in the head and now the TB (90's ford tuarus V6) won't clear the fuel rail. What i am thinking of doing is making a flange to fit the manifold, one to fit the TB, and...
