Cripes, you want it a lot closer than that. A constant distance throughout
the revolution is more important than absolute distances but somewhere in
the 0.5-1.5mm is what you should be looking at ...

Do you mean the twin-driver coil that sits on top of two of the 4 plugs
in a 4-cyl with a short HT lead to the other plug ...
