quite old now and was for MS1extra, where i used another module to drive the coil.
V3 pcb's can do that directly now.

Runs fine, all plugs similar colour so I guess it doesn’t! - Been running like that for about 3 years. BradJ on this board has a similar setup.

We made the injector bungs ourselves. On the higher runners you make them as low as possible and the lower runners you make them higher. And, as you said trim off underneath.
The injectors wont be at the same height in the ports, I think we used a die grinder to blend the exit of the bung into the ...

First off, your correct in not wanting to use a single plane on a 4x4 – been there, done that. Ended up converting my original dual plane. It can be done, you need to make the bosses different lengths, take a look at the photos on my page to get an idea:

Even if you do figure it out, all you will end up with is a narrowband lambda – which is far from ideal anyway. Don’t think I would want to risk my engine (through going lean) for the sake not using a common lambda sensor.

Don’t waste your time trying to use the original sensor, Just weld in an M18x1.5mm bung and fit an LC1 wideband (or narrow band if you must )

or gut a carb from a small engine and turn it into a throttle body - you only need the throttle plate.

I am megasquriting a 91 VW corado with a vr 6, using EDIS 4
Is that a typo? Cant run edis4 on a 6 cylinder engine.

RS Components (www.rswww.com) here in the UK sell a gm compatible thermistor under part number:151-215 (we call them 'sperms')

Ive attached the datasheet for them (page 5 onwards)

what size throttle body for adequate air flow?

Fuel injected Rover V8' (3.5L & 3.9L and possibly the bigger ones too) came
with a 65mm throttle bodies I believe. (offline, cant verify)
