I'll get on with that when I'm back later and report on how I get on. Really annoying that all was working fine and it just won't start. EDIS I think is the key as you say.

Thanks for coming back to me. No, no sparks either. Have checked ecu and when ignition switched on, all three lights blink on, but nothing on cranking. All fuses checked and nothing blown.

Setup - Lancia Montecarlo - EDIS and ITBs (Suzuki GSXr 750 K2) +30% injectors. Initially set up on rolling road 3 years ago and run without any issues.
MS2 - msq attached and log of starting attempt.

All the conversions I've seen on GSXR throttle bodies have used liquid metal to fill the holes. It may sound a bit heath robinson, but it seems to work as it forms a proper bond to the existing metal and a lot less labour intensive than having interference fit plugs machined.
