I purchased an assembled unit from ditautotune MS-II PCB v3.57. When trying to connect and configure it I get a message that the battery voltage is too low. I have tested pin 28 and have proper battery volatge and I have tested all 6 ground pins and have appropriate ground yet the MS does not see ...
