Thanks, Figured out that it was the confused person behind the soldering iron - I had actually installed the DB37 (and DB9) connector on the wrong side of the board (Step #2 on the installation) - Desoldering tool in hand - got it fixed and assembled the board without any additional issues.

Testing Assembly without Stimulator

I am finally putting my MS(1) V2.2 board together and I am trying to test it. I think I have an issue with my Stimulator V2 board.

I was able to test the power supply by checking the pin-outs (1-2,...) and they all read correct (5v) and I was able to test my serial interface as well -
