I would like to wire my mallory 685 box to my MS2 V3.0 since I ue the window switch to control my meth nd 2nd fuel pump.

This is a 8pin GM HEI Dizzy with an external 2 wire coil.

Now the mallory has..

Yellow-Coil+
Black-Coil -
Green-Trigger
Red-IGN power

I know the yellow and the black will go ...

So will the 1992 dizzy be fine to run with boost etc? My Timing will be normal driving around (40* timing etc) then in boost it will slowly ramp down to around 17-20* timing depending on boost.

This is a 383 lt1 that will be running 15-20psi. I just don’t wanna toss away 300 bucks on the msd-8366 ...

Should i run a 7 wire 1992 camaro 5.7 distributor? seems like an easy solution.
