Could be an input problem, could be an output. If you could post a data log of the problem happening and a copy of your MSQ file, I can go over them and see if I can narrow down which one it is.

I just installed the megasquirt ecu to a 4age engine using a directly fired coil , am using a triggerwheel with vr pick up, when idleing all plugs fire!! but when I increase the load it starts to missfire badly, but when I pull the bracket that holds the vr sensor out from the trigger wheel ...
