Did you verify that you are getting 5V between the pins 1,2,19,20,31,32 like discussed in the manual after you assemble the power supply? What power are you using for the stim? I figured it out - I had the PWM set to 30% for low impedence injectors (mine read 2.4 ohms) - lowered it to about 15% following the procedure and it appears to be working well.
