OK, I've definitively ruled out all other components of the system by removing the TBI & MS, and re-installing the old Q-Jet carburetor. Runs fine now. Why was it I decided to use MS in the first place? Hmmm...
Anyway, still interested in any ideas anyone has about this problem.

Note that the current datalog looks like crap - the problem has degraded to the point I can barely keep the engine running. If I'm lucky, whatever it is will die altogether & I can track it down.

I've been running fuel-only MS on a 350 SBC with Throttle-Body Injection for ~3000miles, with only the usual first-timer problems. A couple weeks ago, the engine began to run very poorly - barely idles, sounds like major misfiring requiring about double the usual throttle to maintain speed ...

Some follow-up info on this...
The engine idles well at 4 squirts simultaneous or 8 squirts alternating. 8 / simultaneous also works, but the idle is less smooth. Any less & it cycles erratically, almost dieing each cycle, until it finally conks out.

Hi, I'm working on my first install, and don't think I'm setting the PWM current limit for the injectors correctly. Details:
- MSII PCB ver 3.0
- SBC 350 with TBI & 55lb low-impedance injectors on top of a Edelbrock Performer dual-plane manifold. RV cam.
- Fuel only (for now)
