I just got done scanning documentation again, and realized that I had my PCB set for VR input instead of HE.
Swapped a couple of jumpers, and issue resolved.

Hi all, new guy here.
I have a 94' 2wd 22re that I plan on boosting. Currently bone stock except for 315cc 7mge high impedance injectors (no resistor pack on 94's).
For Xmas I got the Megasquirt II pcb v3 kit, and assembled in about 6 hrs. Made the correct mods for pullups for VAST. Made a harness ...
