can i use this pulse generator of my engine to make an ignition timing signal to ms ?

i have M20B25 Six cyl. Inline i wanna get mega squirt but first there are some unclear thing i wanna know about in my case would i wire 3 injectors on one bank and the other three on the other bank wouldnt this make it squirt while the valve is closed and more if i advanced the timing wouldnt a spar...
