I imagine they are "high tension" wires, as in high voltage. The reason I don't like the EDIS style wires is because you must use specific EDIS wires with the male coil connector with the barbs. Will the standard two-post GM ones work? Is there any documentation on how to do it you can point me to?

What are HT wires? I'm going to be using EDIS-4, but I don't want to contend with the EDIS style Ford plug wires.
