Thanks for the reply. What would have changed in the setup of the software to cause it after so long? I am now running tunerstudio and the new firmware. If everything is working now is it nothing to worry about?

I have been running megasquirt 2 for several years now and have recently finished a tune for a new motor. Today I started the motor and was dialing in warmup a little more and shut the motor down. When I turned the key back on the fuel pump was continuously running and the injectors were stuck open....
