Thanks Don. I have read up on all the connections necessary when the TFI module is present in the system. The 94-95 mustangs had remotely mounted TFI modules which were fed the square wave signal from the pick up in the distributor. Since I'm not using the module to fire a coil, I'm wondering if the ...

Does the TFI module do any conditioning to the signal from the distributor? If I were running the coil off the module I know it is needed. But if I'm only using the distributor for its hall effect pickup, do I need the module in there at all?

Reason I ask is I have a 94 mustang ...
