used a solid core from household electrical wire for short jumper and put some wrapping on it. The used 20 gauge copper stranded wire for long jumpers.

Jumper wire question

What size jumper wire to use and can I use stranded or should i Keep to solid copper? Also should i put a fuse link between the jumper also on small jumps such as D2 a piece of solder lead is fine or use a paper clip?

I ask because i did now build the board and would like to fix it before i put it ...

Weird issue just came up.

I was running Tunerstudio latest version and wanted to run a datalog and then all of a sudden this came up. I tried reinstalling the tuner a few times and nothing works.

Is there a limitation on the .ini file (the firmware)? Being thats its an older board. Not sure if it works like computers where you have win95,win98,win2000,winxp,win vista,etc and the program trying to install will only work for the old Operating Systems of windows or the new win 7 and 8 or all of ...

I didn't want to wait so I tried what trakkies said and hooked my DB37 plug to power off pin 28 with an 1 amp fuse and ground pin 19,18,17,9,8,7. The system blinked the leds like usual but once i tried what matt said using port check it finally found the MS and tuner connected to it. Thanks for your ...

First question - what does it do when you try connecting a laptop to it? You can remove the fuel pump fuse to avoid flooding the engine for this test.

Second question - how is its RPM input and ignition output wired up?
