I found what was wrong when i built the pwm circuit with a radio shack tip122 i din't have the mica insolator so it was grounding out but i din't think that the mica was that big of a deal because they worded it should use not must use in the manual so it looked like a suggestion to me so all is goo...

I will get that but this all happend after i did amod to the pwm for the idle valve to try to get it to idle
