Did you see this: http://www.megamanual.com/v22manual/minj.htm#size

It gives 44.1 pounds per hour as the minimum required flow rate for 600HP and 8 injectors. There is lots more info about injector selection there too.

when I turn the key on the 3 lights come on for a split second and then turn off.
That is normal, and does not mean the controller is in bootloader mode.

do I need to put the firmware back on there or something? Probably not. Unless something unusual happened you should be able to unset the the bootloader and the previous code (and user settings) should still be there. Rocket455, First, you should upgrade from 2.890 code to 2.920 code, as it has a number of fixes. In 2.920 and 2.890, it looks to me that the throttle is labelled "TP" in the datalog, and is in % (not volts or ADC count). Give it a try, and post a datalog so we can look for ourselves. Steven

David, I respectfully disagree with Ken about wide band sensors (he is right about everything else, though). You don't need a wide band sensor to tune idle VEs. As it says in the manual, you should tune the idle for minimum MAP (i.e. maximum vacuum) if your vehicle is not 'emissions-controlled'. Meg...

You might need quite a bit more then 10% until your VE table is dialed in. Don't forget to adjust the after start enrichment too.
